At sometime in your life, you will be called upon to help in an emergency!

Accidents can happen at anytime, 85% of sudden deaths occur in the home.

Without the immediate delivery of First Aid and CPR, most people suffering breathing difficulty, unconsciousness and choking may not survive. Without oxygen the brain suffers damage in as little as 4 minutes.

Professional EMS service average response times are 10 minutes or longer.

Unfortunately 95% of the time, nobody steps up to provide First Aid. That is why Ontario has a very low save rate from Cardiac Arrest (sudden death).

Most people witnessing a medical emergency freeze or are afraid to respond. There are many reasons why this happens.

1. No past training or have forgotten and have a lack of confidence.
2. Fear of being sued if a mistake happens.
3. Fear of disease transmission.
