HeartRescue Project

The HeartRescue Project, funded by the Medtronic Foundation, is dedicated to improving how sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is recognized, treated and measured in the United States. Community response education is an important component of the program’s mission. Accreditation

In Ontario, the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) regulates First Aid courses and kits that are required within the workplace.
WSIB, gives accreditation to First Aid training agencies and companies that meet there guidelines. FAST EMS is accredited by being an Authorized provider of an accredited agency.

Beyond the WSIB requirements, we provide programs from several organizations that are leaders in the Health & Safety and Emergency & Sports Medical fields.
Our First Aid/CPR and First Responder programs follow the latest recommendations from Heart & Stroke Foundation and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (I.L.C.O.R.)
